Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order is shipped.
If you are unable to track your order within 48 hours of placing the order, please contact us and we will investigate straight away.
Fortunate One is not responsible for any missing packages due to errors from the customer.
Taxes & Duties
Deliveries to countries outside of the United States may incur import duties & taxes.
Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you.
If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred by us from the carrier.
Returns
We accept returns for store credit within 21 days of order delivery for all items not marked FINAL SALE.
